Winfire manages the inspection, testing, repairs and certification of these items (except mechanical ventilation).

Yes, access is required at the annual fire safety inspection to inspect and test the internal smoke alarm/s and fire door. Residents can conveniently book a time through our online portal during the scheduled inspection period.
No. Window lock compliance is separate from your AFSS but can be completed at the same time for convenience.
Strata managers receive digital reports with photographic evidence and a quote to rectify any non compliances found during the inspection. An AFSS is issued upon completion or inspection and repairs for the Strata manager to lodge with Council and NSW Fire & Rescue.
