No. Window lock compliance is separate from your AFSS but can be completed at the same time for convenience.

Strata managers receive digital reports with photographic evidence and a quote to rectify any non compliances found during the inspection. An AFSS is issued upon completion or inspection and repairs for the Strata manager to lodge with Council and NSW Fire & Rescue.
